I have a kit however, I want to know how I can order just the spounge part that goes on the hand held part. I do not see any numbers or anything on the hand held small machine. I bought the kit some time back but it looks just like the pictures on this ad.
I read one review where the spounge came off the head however mine has not and I have had it for years.

Great item , a little too pricey works great but be careful can irritate skin. Don’t over do it.

I loev this machine. It is very easy to use and does a great job of making my skin feel smooth. I haven’t used it long enough to be give a review on long-term results. I don’t have many wrinkles to begin with. I am mostly using it to even-out my skin time, which takes time. It can be painful, so definitely try in on the low setting the first time. Also, it is difficult to do a good job around the nose area because the machine requires that the wand be flush with the skin and that is hard to do on a nose. Overall, I definitely think it is worth the money seeing as how expensive professional microdermabrasion can be.

I bought the Crystalift for my wife as a Christmas gift. After she used it once, the sand would not flow through the tube. We called Crystalift and they were very nice. They sent a replacement sand reservoir which fixed the problem, My wife is very happy with the product.

I recently purchased the crystalift dermabrasion system and I have used it twice so far and my pores are smaller and my skin clearer. I have very oily skin with large pores. Yes, the crystal replacement are a little pricey averaging 10. 00 each but for the results I am seeing it is worth the price to me. I am willing to pay 10 bucks a week to clear up my oily blotchy skin. It really works!Crystalift Microdermabrasion Machine

There is absolutely no way to email or even telephone questions about this line of “miracle” products. And they are busy pushing other creams and won’t even let you combine items in an order to save on postage! Caveat Emptor about companies like this one.

I would suggest to include information that advise whether this (or any other) product can be used in certain countries or only certain countries or alternative solution. I placed an order for this product only to find out that it cannot be used here. Good thing is I got a full refund for this product but bad thing is I wasted over USD 50. 00 for the shipment to and fro, and I never even get to use this product at all.

I have been using this for about a month now or more and I really like it. I’ve noticed my skin feels much softer since I’ve started using it. I don’t have problem skin so I can’t say how well it would work on that but for my skin it works great. I’ve also used it to work in my face cream at night. I’ve tried another store brand that was more money but I like this one much better.

I read some reviews on this and went ahead and bought it. I was a little dissapointed overall but will continue using it in hopes that my opinion will change. The biggest problem was that the sponges didn’t stick at all, I ended up using a dab of superglue to get them to stay in place. Also, my device doesn’t alway turn on like it should. I usually use the Biore face scrub which so far, I believe does just as good a job as this creme, maybe even better. Overall, it’s not a bad product, especially for the price, but I wasn’t blown away with it either.

The system works pretty well but it appears that the hardware itself is a little under powdered. If you press a little harder to scrub the unit will stop.
